Delete your TestSetu account

Request deletion of your account and associated data for the TestSetu Android app.

How to request deletion

  • Click the button below and enter the name, phone number and email address registered on your TestSetu account.
  • In the message box, write "Delete my account and data".
  • We will verify your identity using these details and confirm once deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, phone number, email address, selected exams).
  • Your mock test attempts, answers, scores and performance analytics.
  • Messages and requests you sent us through the app or website.

What we may retain

We may keep limited information where required by law (for example, payment or transaction records) or for fraud prevention and security, only for as long as necessary. Anonymised, non-identifiable usage data may be retained.

Timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; you will lose access to your progress and any purchased content.
