This Privacy Policy explains how TestSetu ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the TestSetu Android app (the "App") and our website testsetu.com. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, phone number and/or email address, and the exam(s) you are preparing for.
• Learning activity: mock test attempts, answers, scores, time spent and performance analytics.
• Messages you send us: details you share through callback requests, the chatbot or support conversations.
• Device and usage data: device model, Android version, app version, language, crash logs and general usage events.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, SMS or photos.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and deliver mock tests, study plans and analytics.
• To respond to your requests, including callbacks and support queries.
• To improve, secure and debug the App.
• To send service updates and, where permitted, exam-related notifications. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with service providers who help us run the App (such as hosting, analytics and crash reporting), who may process it only on our instructions, or where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Permissions

The App requests only the permissions needed for its features, such as internet access and notifications. You can review or revoke permissions at any time in your Android settings.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The App is intended for exam aspirants and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Third-party services

The App may link to or use third-party services (for example, tutor.testsetu.com or analytics providers) which have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
